The Flow Mach 100 (previously known as the Mach 2B) is a light industrial waterjet system which combines efficiency with exceptional value. The Mach 100 is the perfect platform for operations looking to integrate the versatility of waterjet cutting into their process at a cost-effective price.
Built with a solid steel casting, the Mach 100 waterjet system is built to withstand the rigours of your day-to-day production, enabling workpiece loads of up to 400kg per square meter of table area.
The Mach 100's ball screw and digital drive motion system provides premium accuracy and long life.
Linear accuracy +/- 0.13mm/ m
Repeatability +/- 0.064mm
The Mach 100 features a Paser 4 cutting head which delivers maximum cutting speed with the lowest possible operating cost. Mach 100 systems are not available with 5 axis cutting technology.
The Mach 100 automatically lubricates the precision motion components to ensure continuous peak performance.
Take your control console with you as you work! The Mach 100 has a roll around console with a 17” screen which gives the flexibility to move freely about your waterjet as required.
The Paser 4 garnet delivery system eliminates abrasive clogging and surging by delivering the precise amount of abrasive required to the cutting head for consistent cutting performance.
The Mach 100 is manufactured in three popular sizes:
Mach 100 1300mm x 1300mm
Mach 100 3100mm x 2000mm
Mach 100 4000mm x 2000mm
The Hyplex Prime pump represents the next generation of energy efficient, direct drive ultra high pressure waterjet pumps. The Hyplex’s direct drive delivers superior ratio of input energy to cutting output.
With a range of software options designed depending on your specific requirements, FlowMaster's user-friendly software allows operators to load new jobs and drawings quickly so that they spend more time cutting, not programming.
The software is the magic behind the Mach 100 machine—your parts cut quickly and simply
The Paser Cutting Head establishes a new industry benchmark by featuring the greatest cutting speed coupled with the lowest operating cost. Featuring a superior orifice design, the Paser head increases component life between 3–6 times over earlier generations and competing cutting heads. Longer-lasting parts means more run-time between maintenance intervals and lower inventory carrying costs, which leads to an overall lower operating cost.
The Flow Abrafeed 170 is an abrasive feed system which precisely monitors the availability of garnet abrasive during the cutting process. Level sensors on the unit monitor abrasive levels and when it is almost empty, the alarm will sound to alert the operator that the unit needs to be refilled.
For pump cooling and continuous operation during high ambient temperatures, we recommend the inclusion of an industrial chiller.
Flow’s patented UltraPierce™ Vacuum Assist technology provides reliable piercing of brittle and laminated materials such as marble, stone, glass, and composites. Fragile materials such as these tend to form craters, cracks, or break during high pressure piercing.
