Take your control console with you as you work! The Mach 200 has a roll around console with a 17” screen which gives the flexibility to move freely about your waterjet as required.
The Flow CF 900 is a dual hopper continuous abrasive feed system which precisely monitors the availability of abrasive during the entire cutting process. This ensures your cutting process is never stopped due to garnet refilling. Level sensors on the unit monitor abrasive levels and when it is almost empty, the unit automatically de-pressurizes and refills the hopper with abrasive from the garnet storage tank.
For pump cooling and continuous operation during high ambient temperatures, we recommend the inclusion of an industrial chiller. Key features of the Champion series include a high efficiency scroll compressor, advanced microprocessor control, air cooled condensers and the innovative in-tank evaporator configuration which further increases operating efficiency.
