Shipping: 

At Performance Waterjet, we believe that having a full range of parts is a key part of our commitment to keeping your equipment running smoothly. We ship all in-stock parts overnight for orders placed before 4pm, for which we guarantee next-day delivery to all major cities in Australia (two days for New Zealand). We notify clients of any parts which cannot be dispatched immediately and provide an accurate delivery time. 

 

Returns: 

From time to time accounts will reflect a credit balance for various reasons. Performance Waterjet will refund the credit balance after 30 Days upon adherence to the following:

  • All refund requests are received in writing and are approved by the Credit Controller
  • Upon satisfaction that a refund is due the Credit Controller will refer to Sales to call and offer product to the value of the credit balance.
  • If a product is purchased and not required, a refund is requested from the General Manager and once approved, a credit is issued. In this case, the buyer may be charged a re-stocking fee. 

Proior to returning any product, the customer must call our customer support line to obtain a returns authority number. This number will only be given for acceptable and approved situations. For more information about obtaining a credit, please email admin@performancewaterjet.com.au
